San Antonio police say the announced kidnapping of a missing eight-month-old kid was organized by his dad to conceal 'treachery' including the youngster.

Police Chief William McManus declined Monday to expound on whether he thinks King Jay Davila is alive, saying 'we accept there was treachery, that is all I'll state'.

The infant's dad, Christopher Davila, 34, told police Friday that his vehicle with the youngster inside was stolen after he left it running and opened when he went into a comfort store.

McManus said the as yet missing tyke was not in the vehicle and the lady seen heading out in the vehicle away is Davila's cousin.

She has been captured on random charges.

The occurrence unfurled around 7pm Friday evening outside the Friends Food Mart situated at 351 Enrique Barrera Parkway.

Police said Davila's cousin had been dropped off close to the corner store by another person whose character has not been discharged.

In observation film, the lady is seen wearing a dark hoodie as she rapidly strolls over to Davila's stopped Dodge Dart.

She at that point gets inside the vehicle and drives to Rodriguez Park where she left it.

The kid was not inside. A brief timeframe later she is seen conveying a vehicle situate down a road.

Introductory reports said Davila called police, however when they addressed him, his story did not make any sense.

Examiners trust the kid is in threat in light of the manner in which he disappeared.

Davila has been accused of tyke peril and has denied being associated with the kid's vanishing.

'Regardless of whether you are not specifically associated with this, in the event that you are retaining data, in the event that you have deceived the police, we will charge you at the finish of this examination,' McManus said amid a public interview on Monday.
