Professor Green has been compelled to drop his UK tour as he experiences a break in his cervical vertebrae in the wake of falling amid three awful seizures.

The 35-year-old rapper, genuine name Stephen Manderson, shared an open Instagram snap of himself from his medical clinic bed in neck support on Tuesday.

Beast hitmaker Professor uncovered he's set to come back to the phase in the winter season after he was booked to commence his series of exhibitions on Tuesday at Cardiff's Globe scene.

Describing the shocking incident, the musician penned: 'I had a seizure this morning which resulted in a fall while I was packing for tour 1/3.'

'Depending on how you look at this fall I was extremely lucky. I'm very fractured vertebrae in my neck and subsequently had to cancel my tour that was due to start today 2/3.'

'I'll be back in the winter with a bigger tour. I've had two further seizures and am lucky I didn't break my neck. Really f*****g lucky. Thanks for baring with me', the Hackney native told his fans.

Stephen was set to perform across the UK this month, with his shows scheduled to start in Cardiff, before hitting the stage in Birmingham, Glasgow, Newcastle, Manchester, Leeds, Sheffield and finally Brighton on February 21.
