Soccer star Hakeem al-Araibi to return to Australia




A Thai court has ruled a removal argument against evacuee soccer star Hakeem al-Araibi has been dropped - with the 25-year-old because of profit to Australia for Monday night

Al-Araibi was confined in Bangkok for two months over cases he assaulted a police headquarters utilizing oil bombs amid the Arab Spring uprising.

Chief of the Thai lawyer general's universal undertakings segment, Chatchom Akapin, said Bahrain had asked for that the case be dropped.

He said the removal body of evidence against al-Araibi, who was needed by Bahrain over the vandalism of the police headquarters in 2012, was dropped by the Criminal Court on Monday evening.

Chatchom disclosed to BBC Thai they were educated by the Foreign Ministry that Bahrain needed to drop the case, however he didn't know the motivation behind why.
